He has held senior leadership roles across the full project lifecycle — from early scoping and feasibility through to execution, commissioning and handover to operations. Ben brings deep technical capability combined with practical delivery judgement, enabling robust decision-making in complex project environments.

Tom is a senior commercial and project advisory professional with more than 20 years’ experience supporting complex mining, energy and infrastructure projects in Australia and internationally.

With a background in law, Tom has held senior owner-side and contractor-facing roles across the full project lifecycle, specialising in contracting strategy, procurement, risk allocation and commercial frameworks aligned with delivery realities.

At Beyond Group, Tom works closely with project owners to structure projects for successful delivery, align commercial outcomes with execution requirements, and foster collaborative, transparent relationships between owners, contractors and suppliers.
